Stretch Your Wrists and Forearms

These are all the wrist and forearm stretches I learned over the course of my arm troubles. They start easy and get harder. I truly hope they help you.

The Following are the Same Movies but with Music Only.

Level 1 Wrist Stretch Follow Along Demo with Music Only
Level 2 Wrist Stretch Follow Along Demo with Music Only
Level 3 Wrist Stretch Follow Along Demo with Music Only

Things to note:
1. Don’t do this if your doctor has told you to avoid such things
…or if you’re unsure if this is safe for you to do or not. If in doubt, don’t do this, and check with your doctor.

2. If you have hyper mobile joints do not attempt without first talking with your doctor.

3. It’s always better to start easier and build up.
Don’t try and act tough. Start on level one and work up. There’s no shame in that and you’ll minimize injury risk.

4. Consistency = results.
The body doesn’t respond overnight. Try to commit to this for three to six months before deciding if it works for you or not. Yes, that is a long time, but hang in there!

If you try it, please let us know how it worked out.
Best of luck!
